How we handle your data

What we keep

When you order Gmail accounts from us we keep the email address you used, the order itself with the accounts delivered in it, the payment result from our payment provider, any tickets you open, and server logs with your IP address and browser. We do not see card or wallet details, and we never ask for your own Google password.

Why we keep it

So we can deliver, answer questions, check replacement claims and keep the books. Logs help us block fraud. That is the whole list; your data is not sold, and it is shared only with the payment, hosting and email services the shop depends on.

For how long

Order and payment records for as long as accounting rules ask, the delivered accounts and tickets while an order can still be claimed, and logs for a short time. Cookies are used for sign-in, the cart and checkout, and nothing else.

Write to us on the Contact page from your order email to get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it.
