Terms of Sale
As of 10 October 2026
What you are buying
BuyGmail sells Gmail accounts, and a few Apple IDs, as each listing describes them: age, country, recovery email or phone, 2FA, and an app password for mail clients where stated. We are independent and have nothing to do with Google or Apple.
Paying and receiving
Orders are paid in full at checkout and delivered to your order page once the payment clears, usually within minutes. All accounts in one order come from the same listing.
Using the accounts
Once delivered, the accounts are in your hands. Google's and Apple's terms do not allow transferring accounts, and either may ask an account to verify or disable it at any time. Sending spam, phishing, or using the accounts for fraud or anything illegal is not allowed.
What we cannot promise
No age, country or recovery detail guarantees that an account stays open, that a new login from your location will not be challenged, or that a particular service will accept it.
Liability and changes
Our liability for an order is limited to a replacement or a refund under the Refund Policy, up to its price. We may update these terms; the date above shows the version that applies.
